We prioritize appointments. Using our online booking system (DigiSma) reduces wait time. Walk-ins are accepted if slots are available.
What should I bring for my first consultation?
Please bring your health insurance card or My Number Card, public medical expense certificate(if applicable), and medication record book. For private treatments, bring an ID (e.g., driver’s license).

About Insurance Treatment

What is the difference between insurance and private treatments?
Insurance treatments are covered by national health insurance, with 10–30% out-of-pocket.
Private treatments are fully self-paid but offer more options.
Do I need a referral letter from another hospital?
Not required, but bringing one allows for better continuity of care.

About Private Treatment

How can I receive AGA or ED treatment?
A doctor will examine you at your first visit. If suitable, prescriptions can be provided in-clinic.
Select “Private Treatment (AGA/ED)” when booking.
Do I need a reservation for NMN or High-dose Vitamin C IV drips?
Yes, IV therapies require prior booking as medication must be prepared.
Can I pay for private treatments with a credit card?
Yes, we accept credit cards and various digital payment methods.

  • Take the Fukuoka City Subway from 'Fukuoka Airport Station' (6 minutes) to Hakata Station. From the Hakata Exit gate, go through the B1 floor directly connected to KITTE Hakata 8F.

If coming by JR Lines

  • Use JR Hakata Station Central Gate or North Gate and proceed to the Hakata Exit.

If coming by Shinkansen

  • From the Kyushu or Sanyo Shinkansen gates, proceed to the Hakata Exit.
